Annie goes to school! (Help her find a home!)

Annie goes to school! (Help her find a home!)

Here is Annie on her first visit to a classroom as part of our animal-assisted therapy program. She found this quiet perch under the computer but quickly warmed up to the students and enjoyed being petted and cuddled! She is looking for her forever home...could it be with you?

Everyone here loves Annie and feels LUCKY that she has crossed our path! Like all black cats, Annie was considered difficult to find a home for. But we predict that anyone still harboring superstitions will put them to rest after meeting this sweetie! Annie is just a little more shy and calmer than her sister Camilla. But once she's spent a little time with you, you'll find that she's very affectionate! She loves to be held and cuddled. She's been waiting for a good home for much too long. Are you the one she's waiting for?

Annie is currently in a foster program where she lives in a school petting zoo and is cared for by our students, who feed, groom, and socialize her. She's good with the children and gets along with the other cats and animals. She has been spayed, microchipped, and given her first round of vaccinations. We are located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. If you have room in your home and your heart for one or more of our sweet kitties, please e-mail us at Kids4Kats@yahoo.com!

About Me

My photo
I can be very social, but then a recluse. I like my privacy when I'm working in my flower garden. I like to meditate there with God and the birds and the flowers. I love animals, all God's creatures and I can't stand people that abuse them! I strongly urge anyone that wants a pet to adopt from your local animal shelter. There are many loving animals that are at shelters waiting for a loving home. You can find me most of the time on Flickr where I have a photostream!
