My daily life (when I have time to post) of living in Northwestern Massachusetts in the Berkshire mountains. My photos of the area and when possible, photos of wildlife and my tiny garden which I'm trying to attract wildlife with. Also my beliefs in the environment and protecting it as well as astronomy and space travel.

This was taken December 7th. We still had no snow on the ground unlike back in October and it was warm and foggy!
This was taken on Oct. 27th, 2011 when we got 1 ft of snow after having a heatwave just a few weeks earlier on Oct. 10th when it got up to 82 degrees! CRAZY WEATHER! lol
I just realized I didn't post any of my Christmas photos, so here's some more! lol
Can't remember if I posted this or not, either, well if I posted it before, it's worth another look! lol
I took this at Christmas, but forgot to post it on here! I love this!
Bugaboo napping, always looks like he has a smile on his cute little face!
Here he shows his handsome profile! Don't worry I have put more food out for you! :-)
He doesn't look too happy with the wind ruffling his feathers, but at least he has food waiting for him! :-)
After the snow started to melt some last night, this old tree stump out in my little garden had a surprise waiting for me. I looked out the kitchen window and there was a "heart" shaped piece of ice or snow left on the the tree stump!!! I don't think any kids put it there, I think it was a "natural" occurence, to me a sign that says, "God loves you!" I had to take a photo of it!!
He doesn't look too happy with that pitiful piece of corn! lol! It was very cold this morning with the wind chills. Poor thing. I feel sorry for all God's creatures during weather like this. That's why I feed them. I guess it was better than nothing but I put out more seed which has sunflower seeds in it. The suet is too frozen for them, I think! lol
This photo take through our kitchen window in Clarksburg, MA in New England. Jan. 18, 2012
I love the details on this architecture. I have seen this building nearly half of my life while growing up in Augusta, GA, but never realized all the architectural details until this photo was taken by Mike Baggett! It's amazing!
The Confederate Soldier monument in downtown Augusta, GA, my original hometown where I was born and raised.
This old Rock House is in Thomson, GA. It was built by my husband's ancestors. It's so beautiful! I wish I lived in it!
Taken Jan. 15, 2012. After a lot of snowfall and single digit temps, Winter has finally come to New England!
Thank God, we're finally getting snow and accumulating for a snow pack, hopefully it will stay. Temps are hovering just barely below freezing!
